The annual William Soutar birthday anniversary talk/concert is to be joined by a Sir Walter Scott event (fundraiser for the restoration of the South Inch statue). The event is free [BOOK TICKETS ON EVENTBRITE here ], but attendees are invited to make a donation on the day to the statue fund and receive a FREE copy of Perth: Scott’s Fair City.
